Introduction

The Crestbury Multibulk system is the proven way to reduce transport costs and guarentee freedom from contamination. Comprising a tough polyester coated fabric outer, with a multi-layered, disposable polymer inner, the Multibulk system is designed to fit standard , dry goods, ISO containers protect and preserve your products during shipment. The Multibulk system means no need for specialist tanks; no need to return ship expensive empty containers and eliminate the need for cleaning out containers after discharge.

For sensitive cargoes, optional moisture or oxegen barriers can be incorporated within the liners, which can also be irradiated for sterile fill. Sample Application

Stage 1: The Multibulk is placed inside a standard ISO container and filled with product. After filling the lid is secured using the heavy duty ratchet straps provided.

Stage 2: Once the container is ready it can be transported as any other ISO container by road, rail, sea etc to its destination.

Stage 3: On arrival the conatiner is opened, the lid drawn back on the Multibulk and using convienient Quick Release fittings, the product is discharged. The Multibulk inner liner is then disposed of and the P.V.C outer is rolled up.

Stage 4: After rolling up in its integrall valise, the Multibulk outer can be returned for a fraction of the transport cost of a steel tank. In addition to this, as it uses a new liner for each trip there is no costly cleaning.
